Strawberry Bank Hotel, Nec Meriden

The room was incredibly comfortable, especially for wheelchair users. The staff were accommodating and able to meet my wife's needs without any hassle. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold options.

Felt like being in the comfort of our own home, nothing to complain about.

Great location, convenient for British Parr Three Championships and NEC. New dining conservatory and additional rooms being built. Good value for money. Pleasant restaurant staff. Spacious and tastefully decorated/furnished room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar area with hand-pulled ale and bar food. Close to alternative eateries/bars in the village.

This accommodation was quaint and exceptionally clean, it had great staff and rooms.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. the bar and restaurant were also fantastic, with a great selection of drinks and delicious meals. We especially loved the breakfast, which was freshly cooked and had a great variety of options.

The rooms could use some upgrading. Our room was basic and quite small, with no place to relax other than the bed and a couple of armchairs.

The venue was always tidy, had perfect staff and location. Lots of food at breakfast like fruit, yoghourt, pudding and porridge.

Effective and fairly clean place with gorgeous staff who reported back to the manager. Tidy room and friendly communication with the staff.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lovely views of open fields. The breakfast, which is offered at a great value of £5 when checking in, is very good.

Pretty standard hotel, I liked its central location just off pub as well as the wall. Warm breakfast was included and offered fruit, yoghourt, pudding and porridge.

Clean hotel with good location. Excellent Saturday breakfast, though Sunday's was not as good. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the waiter on Saturday night. Well-appointed and clean rooms, except for one that smelled strongly of smoke. 24-hour reception and easy communication for late arrival. Comfy beds and well-stocked tea and coffee in room. Lovely outside area and pretty garden room for breakfast. Plenty of free on-site parking and only a few minutes' drive from the airport. Lovely village location with stylish surroundings. Very comfortable rooms and eager-to-please staff. Best breakfast and enjoyed a lovely evening meal. Great location for the NEC, about 10 minutes in a taxi. We had a wonderful stay at Strawberry Bank Hotel near the NEC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We were traveling with an infant and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing room service for us. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size, with the added bonus of windows that opened all the way. we had a fantastic experience at Strawberry Bank Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Drawbacks: While the stay was overall great, there was a slight inconvenience of having to climb stairs with our suitcases as there was no lift. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding certain hotel amenities and it would have been helpful to receive clearer information from the receptionist.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning evening meal, especially the lamb dish which was the best we've had in a long time. The hotel itself was modern and clean, exceeding our expectations. Despite some minor issues, such as the lack of towel rails in the bathroom and a missing chair in front of the dressing table, the rooms were basic but clean. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable, although there were some issues with replenishing items. However, the manager promptly addressed our concerns and even offered a breakfast refund. The hotel's proximity to the NEC was a definite bonus. we had a very good value experience at Strawberry Bank Hotel and would recommend it to others.
